Celebrate your love on a breathtaking four-acre private island, where every moment of your wedding reception feels as magical as the next. Picture yourself transitioning effortlessly from your ceremony, surrounded by nature on the pad, to a reception in the tent that flows with beauty and ease. The island provides everything you need to create a dreamy atmosphere—elegant round dining tables, cozy seating for up to 250 guests, and all the tableware, linens, and glassware that add those perfect touches. Bar staffing ensures your guests are always taken care of, while one hour of rehearsal time allows you to feel completely at ease before your big day. For larger celebrations, we’re happy to accommodate, and a shuttle bus can be arranged to ensure your guests enjoy the full experience. From the first toast to the last dance, your reception on the island will be a day you’ll never forget.

How late can my event go?
All event activity must end at 11pm MST on any given night. Guests must leave the property, alcohol service must cease (30 min prior to ending event activity), and amplified music must cease.

How do I book a date?
A signed contact and deposit is required to book a date. We do not hold dates without a deposit. Your proposal total will be divided into three (3) payments with the last payment due 2 weeks after your event date.

Your Investment
Investing in your wedding at our venue means embracing the beauty and exclusivity of a four-acre private island, where you can choose from multiple stunning ceremony sites to suit your vision. With up to 12 hours of venue rental, you’ll have ample time to celebrate and create lasting memories. Your package includes cocktail and accessory tables, a full range of ceremony seating for up to 250 guests, and the convenience of a one-hour rehearsal time. To ensure everything runs smoothly, you’ll have a dedicated coordinator and beverage staffing for seamless service. Our all-inclusive setup includes round dining tables, chairs, plates, flatware, glassware, table linens, and napkins, along with shuttle bus service for your guests (reserved at an additional cost). For larger events with over 500 guests, we can accommodate your needs for an additional charge, ensuring your wedding day is as grand and personalized as you’ve always dreamed.
